Adult Private classes


Private and semi-private classes
Private classes are designed to work on your specific goals, to get one-on-one instruction, or to help improve overall health and well-being. Together we create a program, adjusted to you. Choose a 1, 2 or 3 weekly class.
Semi-Private classes include a group of 2 people who have similar fitness goals.
