Join us with our in-studio Pilates at the Hellenic Club!
During the mat pilates class, we will focus on the Pilates Principles and the classic mat sequences. This class is a combination of basic Pilates movements modified for all levels. We focus on the breath while moving and we will develop a stronger core that supports us in each movement. Besides the breath and our core, we work on strength, flexibility, stability and control. Pilates is suitable for all levels and extremely suitable for rehabilitation, healing or prevention of injuries. All exercises are performed on the mat.
